高硬度在液態硅膠制品廠家行業里確實是存在一定的技術要求，首先的看模具的開發結構是否對產品硫化有一定的影響，其次模具的排氣槽真的有拉好了嗎？而較重要的是高硬度產品對于您的使用需求是否能滿足？
有些客戶往往是想要60度左右，但是卻分不清硬度的軟硬程度只能猜測，所以導致采用了70、80的硬度后影響的正常使用的功能，而有些朋友想要90度的材質，卻口頭上說明只需要70度，80度的就夠了，結果模具開出來后硅膠硬度達不到要求，所以了解產品的硬軟度還是比較重要的，硅膠的硬軟度之所以分為±5度而不是±1也是有它的原因的。

對于高硬度硅膠密封圈在生產過程中需要將時間縮短，溫度降低，盡量把它的加工硬度降低，本質硬度保留，如果硫化時間太長，你的密封圈一定是非常的脆的，很容易撕裂，那使用時就得多注意了，如果你的溫度太高產品出現邊角撕裂的概率又會變大，那老化率也會逐漸增加！
所以高硬度的產品在加工過程中還是需要一定的加工技巧。有難點其實較主要的還是模具的自拆邊以及排氣槽只要能夠得到產品的排氣效果，在機臺上調整后基本沒有什么問題。
